Liverpool, le 24 Janvier 2009. Liverpool, the 24th January 2009.

The call of the Congolese people has finally reached the heart of the community of nations worldwide, with its heavy toll of human sacrifice of more than 6 million people bereaved, victims of both hell ideological practices of Rwanda, backed by an unfair International policy based on predation and destruction.

The human drama and social distress ravaging the Congo without measure since the invasion of Rwandan troops in 1996 and their allies are being demystified by stakeholders in the occupation government placed in the Congo that are heavily involved in this human tragedy, social, spiritual, cultural, political and economic heart of humanity in Central Africa.

The Democratic Republic of Congo is our country of origin. Recognizing that our people and our ancestors are not responsible for the conflicts, the ethnic conflict between Hutu and Tutsi and its consequences in Rwanda, therefore, the world is warned and no pretext advanced by this country can be taken into account to justify the Congolese Holocaust and invasion war waged against our people; excessive violence against women and children; the occupation of Congolese territory and looting its resources.

People and nations of the whole world cannot observe without denouncing the bloody repression against our people, the killings of journalists, the arbitrary arrests and torture of Congolese citizens, especially those of the Equator province, the actions perpetrated against members and sympathizers of the politico-spiritual movement Bundu dia Kongo, the kidnapping supporters of the politic opposition in general and of the MLC in particular, the systematic rape of Congolese women and girls, murder, poisoning, the hidden war of invasion and displacement of our people in the East by the Rwandan militias and so forth; these horrible war and death squads from Rwanda and brutally destroying of our people in their own territory must be denounced and condemned by the whole world. The international community has a heavy responsibility before History.

The Congolese people are the only people in the world who are deprived of all their rights in their own country. Violence against Congolese women by Rwandan troops is a phenomenon most contemptuous nowhere seen in the history of mankind. Social misery and insecurity in the Democratic Republic of Congo have caused and are characterized by acts of foreign aggression from Rwanda, clandestinely occupation of the country, the desire to plunder natural resources, large-scale massacres of Congolese civilians, large-scale massacres of the Congolese elite and systematic killings of Congolese soldiers, millions of deaths among the Congolese people, mutinies in the army, horrible sexual violence, killings and forced disappearances of journalists, deportation of the population, torture, forced displacement of millions of homeless and defenceless Congolese people, malnutrition, lack of education services and adequate health care, the desecration of traditional leadership and royal courts, ... In short, for the perpetuation of horrible crimes and the institutionalization of impunity in all its forms. Our people are directly threatened with extermination.

The suffering of the Congolese and the heavy toll of human sacrifice that accompanies the wars of foreign invasion to the plundering of resources and destruction across the Congo River basin in Central Africa lead us to understand the depths of our collective tragedy. The whole world now knows that the war in Congo is exported through the Rwandan’s cyclical conflict on Congolese soil. Indeed, whatever the pretexts advanced by the Rwandan invaders, the extermination of the Congolese in the east province of the country, the access to Congolese resources, the occupation and illegal annexation of Congolese territory to Rwanda remain the sole and only real issue of the war which is unfairly imposed on the Congolese people. This truth is known worldwide. There is no internal rebellion in the Congo.

The consequences of two wars of invasion of Rwandan-Ugandan-Burundian armies in the Congo are extremely heavy. The lengthy criminal process of destabilization and insecurity for the occupation of our country, knowingly and meticulously prepared, in flagrant violation of international law and conventions, prolonging the war of invasion should be taken out, fought and completely demystified by all of us in the world to demand and obtain the establishment of social security and justice in the Congo.

Without justice and redress for victims, the consolidation of peace remains hypothetical and uncertain.

Furthermore, Human Rights Watch said in its latest report published in November 2008 on the cruelty regime in place in our country, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and more specifically, the statement of the main leader in power in Kinshasa, which threatens our people, saying, I quote: "we will crush you", this international organization for the Defence of Human Rights warns the world. Our people are direct victims of the repression of the government which is supposed to protect them, said the Human Rights Watch in its report. Therefore, our patriotic elite must not in any case remain silent while our compatriots are mistreated; our people are hungry, wounded, frightened and stalked by foreign mercenaries in their own country, in flagrant violation of national law, humanitarian law and universal values. Even the recent UN report that was published in the month of December 2008 also confirms this state of affairs.

The Congolese people demand to the international community to act now in order to put an end to impunity for restoring security and rehabilitation of social conditions in the D.R.C.

We call upon all peoples and nations of the world and international organizations of Human Rights to support the efforts of the Congolese people to obtain justice, thus such a holocaust should never be repeated.

Thank you so much for your attention.
